Job Summary: 

The Content Manager will assume responsibility for overseeing the complete lifecycle of Hagley West Watches projects, starting from the initial scheduling phase, encompassing content collection, and extending to the subsequent editing process. Additionally, you will maintain and ensure the currency and accessibility of the online image library and website.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with Hagley West Watches marketing objectives.
  2. Produce graphics and best in class audio-visual content for social media channels, website and online newsletter
  3. Conduct filming and photography to enhance digital content and support various online campaigns.
  4. Manage the content library to ensure it is well organised and accessible
  5. Working with the Creative team across various locations to make sure photographic and video content is completed on time. 
  6. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and production techniques. Recommend innovative solutions and enhancements to production quality. Keep abreast of advancements in the field, including the use of AI.
  7. Oversee the editing, sound design, visual effects, and other post- production processes 
  8. Analyse engagement metrics and audience feedback to refine content strategies for improved reach and impact.
  9. Ensure compliance with copyright laws and obtain necessary permissions and licenses for content usage.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Skilled in filmmaking and photography including shooting, sound, graphics and editing with a proven track record of delivering great content.
  • Experience in editing YouTube & Tiktok videos, film production, media studies, communications, or related field experience. Additional experience in producing video content as well as podcasts is an advantage.
  • Strong project management skills to coordinate various content-related tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Keeps up to date with latest digital trends and technologies
  • Experience in using analytics tools to track content performance, make data-driven decisions, and optimise strategies accordingly.
  • Proficiency in media production software and tools, such as editing software, project management software, photography and other relevant industry applications

Initially working from home but with time start to work from HQ in Berkhamsted with the CEO.
