Hand Delivering a watch to the Outer Hebrides

For the launch of the new red and green chronos, Tim decided to offer a hand delivery to five customers picked at random from a hat. One of those customers picked was from the Outer Hebrides! In order to get there it took a flight from Heathrow to Inverness, a drive from inverness to Ullapool and then a 3 hour ferry from Ullapool to the isle of Lewis, all to deliver a watch, which would have cost £4 via Royal Mail...

This was the furthest hand delivery done within the UK by Tim and he thoroughly enjoyed meeting Donald, who gifted a Stornaway black pudding. Meeting our customers is the most fulfilling part of growing the business, and the support we are getting is amazing!
